Once you see where you received incorrect, instructions for how to adjust your “Closed Receipts” can be found at https://www.spps.org/Page/33445, under the heading “PrimeroEdge – Ordering, Receiving, Production Records, and Inventory Documents”. Instructions are label as “PrimeroEdge: Adjusting Closed Receipts” Please note that adjusting “Closed Receipts” can only be made as long as the month of the receipt(s) Physical Inventory has not been reconciled.
