Access to Accounts While on Leave
Staff that go on leave do not have access to Active Directory (computer access), Office 365 and Google/SPPS Apps, @spps.org email, @stpaul.k12.mn.us email, Campus, Schoology, Seasaw, etc. accounts. HR marks staff on leave in Peoplesoft. Peoplesoft data is imported into Active Directory and if that staff person is marked on leave their Active Directory account is disabled. Disabling AD disables their accounts in O365, email accounts, etc. access.
There are special cases that HR does allow staff to keep their access to their emails. The staff person must contact HR for permission. HR then submits a request to allow the staff person on leave to have access to their email.
