This will be the most intuitive. When you open up a Shared Mailbox a second tab will open up with your Shared Mailbox. When you send from that tab it will send as the Shared Mailbox account.
Sending Email From Outlook Client on Windows PC
On a Windows PC you have to add the From box to have control over which account you will send from. Go to Option tab and click From to get the From box on new messages.
Now on a new email you will have a drop down on the From line where you can pick the account you want to send from.
Sending Email From Outlook Client on Mac
On a Mac in a new email after you add the Shared Mailbox the From Line will appear in new messages and you will be able to select the account you want to use to send from.
