Forwarding Google (K12) to Outlook (spps.org) Email
To turn on forwarding in Gmail, follow these steps:
On your computer, open Gmail using the account you want to forward messages from. You can only forward messages for a single Gmail address.
In the top right, click the gear icon and then click See All Settings.
Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
In the Forwarding section, click Add a forwarding address.
Enter the email address you want to forward your messages to and click Next.
Click Proceed and then click OK.
A confirmation email will be sent to the address you entered. Open that email and click the verification link to confirm that you own that address.
Go back to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab in your Gmail settings.
In the Forwarding section, select Forward a copy of incoming mail to and choose the email address you added.
Choose what you want to happen with the Gmail copy of your emails. You can keep it in your inbox, mark it as read, archive it or delete it.
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
You have successfully turned on forwarding in Gmail. You can check if it works by sending a test email to your Gmail address and see if it arrives at your other email address.
If you want to turn off forwarding in Gmail, just go back to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab and select Disable forwarding in the Forwarding section.
