Long Term Subs, Contractors, Consultants, Temps and Interns, SPPS System Access
Prerequisite: Non Employee staff must have sponsor to gain access to SPPS data and systems.

SPPS Sponsor
Serves as a single point of communication with members of the category about the credentialing process
Confirms completion of data privacy training and Technology Use Agreement.
Submits the request for credentials to the Credentials Manager
It is the responsibility of the school/department/site leadership to identify a sponsor for their Non Employee staff.
Once a sponsor is identified, the sponsor will complete the Template for Partner Accounts spreadsheet.

The sponsor submits ticket requesting SPPS data and systems access, and includes the line on the spreadsheet where user information was added. This sheet is checked is also checked weekly by IDS team for new entries.
Once IDS team creates Active Directory and Google accounts, including the associated email addresses, they will mark the AD Status of that line Active.
If ticket was created along with adding account request to spreadsheet, and additional system access such as, Campus or Schoology is requested IDS will pass the ticket along to that group. Otherwise, it is the responsibility of the Sponsor to ensure the other support groups are notified regarding system access request.
